The Occupational/Physical Therapy Scholarship is awarded to two students who are in financial need and have been accepted or are attending an accredited school of occupational or physical therapy (including art or music therapy). A letter of acceptance into the program or the transcript noting the applicant is enrolled in the program must be included with the application.
